There's so much more to Rochester than meets the eye!
This presentation will focus on why and how VisitRochester, Monroe County’s official tourism promotion agency, touts Rochester as a place to visit—for a day, a week or a lifetime.
Did you know that in 2011 visitors left a $1 billion economic impact on our county? Did you know that each year, the area hosts almost 2 million visitors? That’s nearly double our metro population.
Find out what measures VisitRochester uses to attract visitors, meetings and convention attendees, and how the agency is working to encourage local residents to invite family and friends to visit. Learn how you too can become an ambassador for Rochester, Monroe County and the Finger Lakes region.
