How often are you frustrated with your message being miscommunicated? How many times did you explain the situation to someone and still got the wrong result?
The purpose of "Speaking your Customer's Language" is to increase the ability of recognizing signals in personality traits and to quickly adapt to others. One of the most important skills to obtain in the business environment is to become more versatile and flexible with various personality styles. Understanding specific personality traits through observable behaviors will unmistakably help reduce interpersonal tension and improve communications with clients, peers, supervisors and subordinates. Through active audience participation, I will illustrate methods of integrating personality traits resulting in effective email communications, improved meeting outcomes and increasing employee relationships.
